SHUKR Supplements Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

SHUKR Supplements, operated by SHUKR Supplements Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, Company Number 16291215, is committed to providing flexible purchase options for our products. 1. Standard Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us at info@shukrsupplements.com with your order number. Please also confirm your reason for cancellation.

  • If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may return unopened items within 30 days per our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Your statutory rights to cancel within 14 days of delivery are unaffected under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) or EU law (if shipped to the European Union). Notify us within 14 days and return the item(s) within 14 days of notification for a full refund, including standard shipping costs.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • When you purchase a subscription for recurring deliveries (e.g., monthly supplement orders), you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected. Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you pay in advance.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at info@shukrsupplements.com.

  • Cancellations take effect immediately, and no further charges will be applied. If a subscription shipment for the current month has been processed, that month’s order cannot be cancelled but may be returned per our Return and Refund Policy. The cancellation will apply to the next month’s billing cycle.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription services at any time. If discontinued, we will notify you and issue a prorated refund for any prepaid, unfulfilled deliveries within up to 10 business days.

3. Preorder Cancellations

  • When you purchase a preorder, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout, store your payment method securely, and charge the full or remaining amount upon fulfillment.

  • You may cancel a preorder before it is shipped by contacting us at info@shukrsupplements.com with your order number. If cancelled before processing, we will issue a full refund within up to 10 business days.

  • If the preorder has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may return unopened items within 30 days per our Return and Refund Policy.

  • We reserve the right to cancel preorders due to unavailability or production issues, with a full refund issued within up to 10 business days.

4. Non-Transferable Purchases

  • All purchases, including standard orders, subscriptions, and preorders, are non-transferable. Only the original purchaser may request cancellations or refunds.

  • Attempts to transfer or resell purchase rights may result in cancellation of the order or subscription without refund, at our sole discretion.

5. Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, subscription, or preorder suspected of fraudulent activity, including unauthorized payment methods or false account information.

  • Fraudulent cancellation requests may result in account suspension or legal action, and no refunds will be issued for such orders.
