SHUKR Supplements Shipping Policy

SHUKR Supplements, operated by SHUKR Supplements Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, is committed to delivering your products efficiently and reliably. 1. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to home addresses and Evri ParcelShops within England, Scotland, and Wales. Shipping to British Forces, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or international destinations (including the European Union) is not available.

  • We reserve the right to restrict shipping to specific addresses, postcodes, or ParcelShops at our discretion.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We offer Next Day tracked shipping via Evri or DPD, estimating delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch:

    • Evri Next Day: £2.99 for orders under £35; free for orders £35 or more. Available to home addresses or Evri ParcelShops.

    • DPD Next Day: £4.99 for orders under £35; £2.99 for orders £35 or more. Available to home addresses only.

  • In case of issues with Evri or DPD, we may use Royal Mail (Tracked 48, 2–3 business days) to home addresses or Evri ParcelShops, with costs calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, delivery method, and destination (home or ParcelShop). All shipments include tracking.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to verify orders for accuracy or fraud prevention before processing, which may delay processing by 1 additional business day.

  • We may cancel orders before dispatch due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, issuing a full refund within 10 business days.

  • Preorder items or products from multiple locations may be processed separately, with processing times indicated at checkout.

4. Split Shipping

  • If your order contains items from different locations (e.g., in-stock vs. preorder products) or with varying availability, we may split the order into multiple shipments. You will see separate shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery dates at checkout.

  • You can choose Evri Next Day (home or ParcelShop) or DPD Next Day (home only) for each shipment, with applicable costs based on order value.

5. Delivery Times

  • Evri/DPD Next Day (Home or ParcelShop): Estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch for England, Scotland, and Wales. Remote areas (e.g., Scottish Highlands, rural Wales) may take 2–3 days.

  • Royal Mail (Backup, Home or ParcelShop): Estimated 2–3 business days after dispatch, if used.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier errors, delays, holidays, incorrect address information, or ParcelShop availability. We are not liable for delays beyond our control but will work with the courier to resolve issues promptly.

6. Tracking and Notifications

  • Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date to the selected home address or Evri ParcelShop.

  • Track your order via the courier’s website (Evri, DPD, or Royal Mail). Contact us if you encounter tracking issues.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Non-Delivered Orders

  • Inspect your order upon receipt at home or collection from the Evri ParcelShop. Contact us at info@shukrsupplements.com as soon as possible if items are damaged, lost, or incorrect.

  • For damaged or incorrect items, we offer a refund or replacement with a prepaid return label, per our Return and Refund Policy. We are not liable for damage due to improper handling after receipt.

  • For lost or non-delivered orders (e.g., due to courier loss, incorrect address provided, or unclaimed parcels at ParcelShops), we will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution (e.g., refund or reshipment) within 10 business days. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels.

  • You must report non-delivery within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Parcels unclaimed at Evri ParcelShops within 7 days may be returned to us. We may charge return shipping costs or deduct them from refunds.

8. Undeliverable Parcels

  • Parcels returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., unclaimed at ParcelShops, refused by recipient, or incorrect address) may incur return shipping costs, which we may charge or deduct from any refund, per our Return and Refund Policy.

  • We will notify you if a parcel is returned and provide options for reshipment or refund within 10 business days.

9. Returns

  • Returns for unopened, unused products are accepted within 30 days of delivery to address specified in Contact Us below, with customers responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

10. Statutory Rights

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law, including the 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
