SHUKR Supplements Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our products. If you’re not completely happy, we offer returns under the following terms:

1. Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, unworn and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept opened or used products unless defective or incorrect. You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

• Contact us at info@shukrsupplements.com to request a return. Include your order number and reason for return.

• If approved, package the unopened item securely and send it to our address in Contact Us below.

• Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, confirming whether the refund is approved.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items, where we provide a prepaid return label.

5. Refunds

• If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@shukrsupplements.com.

6. Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible at info@shukrsupplements.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a refund or replacement, including a prepaid return label for returns.

7. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used products, except as noted in Damages and Issues.

• Sale items, gift cards, or custom orders.

• Hazardous materials or flammable substances.

8. Exchanges

To exchange an item (e.g., for a defective product), return the original item per this policy. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item. For defective/incorrect items, we may offer a direct replacement.

9. UK and EU Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law, including the 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Notify us within 14 days and return the item within 14 days of notification for a full refund, including standard shipping costs.
